Hey I am trying to find out if the quasit can be played as a character in a ecl 5 gestalt campaign where the la and racial hit dice are applied to one side only

I know there is a list somewhere if someone could link it?

Quasits have no listed LA, and thus cannot be played by the official rules. Your DM may allow it, but that is between you two.
