I am running an E6 pathfinder game and one of my players wants to be a wizard who makes an army of constructs.

But I have noticed most constructs have really high CR's that would not do for an E6 campaign. Also, I would like there to be constructs even though there are really no means for them to be created raw since caster levels are way too low.

Further, I do not merely want to create CR appropriate constructs. I am thinking more along the lines of a game mechanic that would craft constructs similar to the way summoners summon eidolon's.

I do not want to overshadow the summoner however, and I am thinking the mechanic should be along the lines of animate dead in terms of power, but would like the wizard to have access to it by at least level 3 if not level 1. I do not mind the crafting to be expensive.

Can I get some ideas? Thanks in advance.
