Is there such a thing? If not, is there a good, kosher way to add it to a suit of armor(let's just say Fast Healing 1)? How much would it cost?

Well, how are we talking here? You could conceivably put Lesser Vigor on a suit of armor, but it all depends on if you want it uses per day or continuous. And then if you make it continuous, you'd have to make sure you certain it stops after you get to full health, or else you'd asplode from all the positive energy.

Base price for just slapping Lesser Vigor onto a suit of magical armor as use-activated (At-will) is: 1 x 1 x 2,000, x 4 for it being rounds a level, so 8,000.

Someone correct my math if I'm wrong. Also, using the method is bound to get a DMG thrown at you, so be careful.

There is a suit of chain that gives you fast healing in sunlight though it requires the true believer feat.

Millennial Chainmail, Magic Item Compendium. You have to be Chaotic Good, Neutral Good or Chaotic Neutral for the power to be active, be a worshipper of Corellon Larethian and give up a 4th level spell slot or have the True Believer feat and be 7th level. Normally functions as +1 mithral chainmail with a max Dex of +8, ACP of -2 and spell failure of 15%. Relic power gives you fast healing 3 in any light brighter than shadowy illumination.
