Has anybody read or played this from Hinterworld?

I don't have a link at the moment and I'm running between meetings, but I guess that anybody who's played it would remember. Alternate history where Constantine converts to Druidism instead of Christianity.

The True20 version is okay. I have both. The system, in general, is just okay... but the setting is nice.

Is it loose enough that I can use any system (say AD&D) for it? Or is it highly dependent on the system?

Well, you do know AD&D has an ancient rome book, right?

There are a few D&D style rome books out. Green Ronin has one too... but yea, just get your hands on a few of the books, read through them, put the setting stuff in your favorite system, it'll work fine.

Yeah, I have the TSR Rome book, and I don't much care for it. I'm mostly interested in the setting itself.

FVLMINATA is good, setting wise, too... IF you can find it. good luck with that!
