My dm has been using these in our campaign, which is just become epic a while ago.
He recently emailed me asking me where the spellwebs are from.
Before this his source was crystalkeep, which is now defunct.
I asked him what source it listed it from, but he doesn't recall.
Clarification:
Spell web is something (never bothered looking it up before) that allows you to cast a spell into a large area (as in a web of it)
Not the feat that seems to give the spell web as a spell like ability to elves. or drow.
