Epic one-shots?

Does anyone have a good idea for an Epic one-shot? My current group is trying out epic for the first time, and I want to make sure they enjoy as much as I did the first time I played epic. If they like this session enough we'll continue with these characters.

The party is a gnome artificer focused on constructs,
barbarian centaur,
vampire monk,
aaismar druid,
and maybe one other of unknown.

A dude somewhere in the city (or multiverse) is gonna cast a spell that will blow up the whole city / devastate the region / break apart the planet. Find and stop him first.

You have one month. Rule as many planets/planes/campaign worlds as possible with minimum destruction.
