I can see it now. Hmm, I feel like there is a race somewhere in the back of my mind that could fit, but for now I'll just say human.
Bard or Beguiler could work for this young lady. An alternate could be the Stalwart Sorcerer ACF from Complete Mage. Use the free MWP for Longsword, which should fit for her sword in the foreground. I also suggest this ACF because technically the girl isn't wearing proper armor, but as a Sorcerer you just wear whatever clothes you feel like.

If I recall correctly, there's a Hexblade alternate class feature that turns your curse into a "Dark Companion", which is an immaterial monster made of scariness and bad luck. I think it's in PHB2. That is what the pic reminds me of.

There's the Dual Wand Wielder feat, after that it's just finding a 9-barrelled weapon and slipping a wandchamber (Dungeonscape) into each barrel.

First picture... hmm... I want to say human warlock for the guy in black, and tiefling eldritch knight for the girl. Can't quite say why. I'd say Chaotic Good and Lawful/Neutral Good treading on the line of trying to enforce Good too much and ceasing to be Good in so doing.

For the second picture again for some reason red eyes say tiefling to me but I'd actually go CN Human Sorceress with a cat familiar and either Fiendish Heritage feats or Abyssal Heritor feats.

For the first, I really don't know race-wise. Can you apply the half-fiendish template to living constructs? Warforged, maybe? Still doesn't explain the tentacles though. Class-wise, I want to say bard for some reason, but I just can't. I'm thinking sneak-attack fighter variant going into avenging executioner(from CScoundrel). CE seems fitting.

For the second, definately a bard/artificer, with a dip in ranger for her pet wolf. Although, after a closer look at the dog, it could be some sort of construct, mostly because of it's eyes. I'm gonna say human for race. Can't think of her alignment, but i'm guessing it's either CG or within a step or two of CG.

I say NE tiefling (I know, we've had a lot of tieflings) swordsage/fighter/sorcerer, with either a two-bladed sword, or a glaive with whatever you call the dagger on the end of the weapon (from RotW), maybe brilliant energy.

Hmm, I would agree, but the problem with duelist is that it doesn't really work if you wear armor.

I have the bias of knowing, unfortunately, that the character's sword is a sabre (which is technically a scimitar, according to the arms and equipment guide, so doesn't get the swashbuckler's cool damage bonus), so I say a LG aasimar paladin, maybe with some fighter or warblade mixed in somewhere.

That actually fits pretty well for him... but as far as the Blackguard business, assuming we're talking about while he's still human, NE kind've fits, but he was at least a very human NE, who genuinely cared, somewhat, about the people under him, but was willing to kill and betray anyone who opposed him. Blackguard doesn't really sit right with me because one of their signature things (for some reason) is sundering. As for when he loses his humanity, he's basically an archfiend/god, probably without class levels, and definitely NE.

The first strikes me as an epic-level warlock with maybe a dip in artificer for her nice toys(I spot: a hand-cannon of some sort, a magical boot or two, a rather sinister looking amulet, and a rather interesting cloak) Not sure what race looks completely humanoid but gives wings though, unless there was a warlock invocation for that.

The second actually comes across a paladin aasimar watching over the world below in a 'protective big sister' kind of way.

The first one is a LE Erinyes (or something similar) sorceress who just succeeded in some really evil, soul-stealing plot, but who the PCs aren't going to take seriously now because of that presumably unintentional flying pantsu-shot :smallfrown:.

Hmm, obviously a gish of some sort. I'm gonna take a stab and say a wizard with a fighter dip, going into abjurant champion and/or another dip in spellsword? I'm AFB right now, so I can't think of a more elegant class combo.

Actually, as a matter of interest; does a gauntlet on it's own give ASF? A quick glance over the SRD seems to suggest no. Huh. Still, he could need some way of ignoring the possibleASF from that boot+gauntlet combo of his.

Your image. Eet does not show. Oh, and I have no clue what she is. I'm guessing some sort of fae for race, but for class... Some sort of spellcaster? Truenamer(just to give a suggestion we haven't had yet :smallbiggrin:)? 'Generic spellcasting magic-y sorceror type' is another I think we need to keep in mind to avoid in large doses, along with 'refluffed eldritch glaive' and 'lol touhou'(not that that's a bad thing.).

The first looks like a paladin with a little refluffing towards being a valkyrie(actually, are there any valkyrie-type PrCs?)

The second strikes me as an urban barbarian, to my surprise. Maybe mixing in scout and PrCing into thief-acrobat.

The third... enh, epic marshal? A deity of war? I think I'll pass on this one.

The fourth(which doesn't show up properly, by the way) looks like an aasimar paladin/kensai.

As for yours...is there any sort of Necromantic Shepherd PrC? She's wearing armour, carrying a staff and escorting a bunch of spirit rams. Hmm. I'm tempted to say a Cleric of Wee Jas since she doesn't look particularly evil to me and it sort of fits with the whole "shepherd" vibe I'm getting, so I think I'll go with that in lieu of any better suggestions.

For the first: I really don't know that much about d20 Modern so this is just a stab in the dark, here: A fast/strong multiclass hero? Fast hero for the second.

I would assume that the character is some incarnation of Chang'e (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chang%27e), since from what I can tell she is standing in a high place in front of the moon, and has rabbit patterns on her clothes as well as crescents in one or two places. The spirits at her feet may also be rabbits.

I'd say a Human Incarnate. I think thats the one, the one that gets more meldshaping.

The sword is the sword you form because though it acts like a normal longsword it looks as big as a greatsword. she looks human (i was first going to say warforged who used that PRC to become alive) but the robot boots reminded me of how when you bind something to a chakra it solidifies, or sometimes you get a clothing like item either way, and those would be those boots that allow you to fly. same with the wings and other pieces of armor.

Those wings look artificial. Maybe an incarnate construct warforged that still qualifies for components? (or was transformed while they were attached)

Or a renegade mastermaker, with her battlefist on her right arm concealed from view, or just no larger than a normal hand (meaning it wouldn't be obvious under the glove).

My thoughts:
The first one is pretty simple, I immediately think Half-celestial human swashbuckler/duelist. I'm not really sure for the second one though, except that it's probably an elf.

I'm gonna say lich with some freaky spell(spells are not my area of expertise in either PO or passing knowledge) for the wings with eyes on them, and a magical robe that goes the route of "bodysuit" as opposed to "big floofy dress". Maybe the robe gives the lich natural attacks as well, judging by the claws. As for the tail, isn't there an item somewhere that gives you a tentacle-like appendage(or two) with the caveat that you can't use it make attacks with?

The first looks like an astral deva(or any type of celestial, really) monk/paladin(with ascetic knight) going into greyguard.

The second looks like a half-elf aristocrat with maybe some duelist in there. He(Or at least i'm fairly positive that it's a he. Tch, elves) doesn't really strike me as a combatant.

"Villain"? Eh...she's on the other side and she's an antagonist, sure, but I wouldn't really refer to her as a "villain", both in the game and the anime. :smalltongue:

That said, I think Incandescent Champion (Incarnum PrC) would work well for her, along with your previous suggestion.

Hmm... Incarnum something-or-other sounds like it would make sense(I don't have the book myself), but for something a little different:
A 3+ phalanx soldier(from PF)/ sorceror, going off into abjurant champion.

Okies, first one: The girl on the left is most likely a wizard, the guy behind her looks like a martial rogue.

Second: Here's a twisty answer: D20 Modern. Strong hero/fast hero with archiac weapon proficiency and armour proficiency(heavy).

Third: A wu jen with water elemental mastery, perhaps going into elemental savant.

Fourth:Ranger. 'Nuff said.

My thoughts:
The first one is pretty simple, I immediately think Half-celestial human swashbuckler/duelist. I'm not really sure for the second one though, except that it's probably an elf.

I'd say the first one was maybe a Daeva Warblade, Good but not Lawful, and the second a half-elf Swashbuckler.

Okies, let's see here...

First: Ex-paladin/blackguard. Possibly elven, as (he(she?) looks a little thin under that armour.)

Second: Ranger who either took a willing deformity feat or had a wizard friend who wanted to test out his "flesh to stone -> stone shape -> stone to flesh" theory.

Third:Sneak attack fighter variant. Not much more I can think of beyond that.

Forth:Half elven ranger.

Fifth: Knight with monkey grip.

Sixth: Aasimar fighter.

Seventh:Tiefling fighter:

Eighth:(Finally, a non-fighter type) LN elven druid/alchemist, or just a plain old druid who's getting his money's worth from brew potion.
