Need to Contact/Return something to Amazon

Basically I'm just looking for where on the website I'd find the contact info Amazon.com. Basically the DVD I'd order was - while a used movie - lacking in quality. The image would become blurry, freeze, and skip. I know I got it used, but the condition said very good. I did not get very good and want to return my product for my cash back.

If you scroll to the very bottom of the home page on the site, or I think most pages on the site, there's a button at the bottom, "Returns are easy". If you log into your account you can get from there to a section on returns policy.

A warning though. I believe you can't return things that you bought from other people, rather than from Amazon, even if you bought it through the amazon website. Which I think pretty definitely is what you're talking about.

If it was Used, then you have to contact the seller. Amazon is a marketplace in that case, not the seller, and isn't directly liable for seller errors.
