Gah, I can't think right now... What's the trick that lets you remove the cap on spells with an effect of X/level? Such as magic missile's having a maximum of 5 missiles at 9.

I wasn't able to find it with a google search, so if anyone knows off hand it would be wonderful!

Reserves of Strength from Dragonlance is one, and I believe there is an epic feat as well.
