What (if any) martial maneuvers can be used with a ranged attacks?

A few boosts, mostly. Dancing and Raging Mongoose work for ranged attacks. I think Time Stands Still doesn't specify melee, so it should work too. Most strikes are melee-only, though.

If you go into the Bloodstorm Blade PrC... pretty-much all of them.

Otherwise, the Boosts & Strikes are clearly meant to be melee-only. Obviously some Stances, maneuvers and even a few Boosts don't actually require you to attack in any way so you could use them while using a ranged weapon.

There are some home-brewed disciplines that are for ranged attackers.

Maneuvers have a Range entry, just like spells. Generally it's something like "melee attack", "personal", or "XX feet". Your detailed answers lie there.

I may have some other notes that are more specific to Crusaders or Swordsages... which base class are you trying to use?
