questions about invisible weapons

my group of PC's recently got some invisible weapons. i have some questions about them: do the players take a penalty when attacking with it? do their enemies get a minus to DEX? any other ideas? please help me!

Why are the weapons invisible? Whatever made the weapons invisible should tell you how they interact with this other stuff.

Well, considering a character has a +2 bonus to attack a target to whom he is invisible, I'd give them a +1 attack bonus. And perhaps grant a +2 bonus on feints.

I wouldn't give them any penalties because it'd be unfun.
