Having a button to start a new game from the score screen and removing the link to the main game site so I don't keep accidentally going there when I'm trying to slice fruit would help. Doesn't seem as responsive as it should be with mice but that could just be my setup.

I don't know, maybe just not my cup of tea. :/

Very cute game. I like the feeling it gives you. Lack a tad of a better feedback (how about multi-slashes to cut fruits into small bits?), and it'd be nice if the game considers where you cut the fruit, but I know how delicate that kind of programming would be.

I am at work, but I am sure if given the chance, I'd have long fun with it. Plan on further improving it?
