If we get nothing but one feat and get that pre-req free I'd take Martial Study: Strike of Righteous Vitality and go around punching people to health.

Health, I'd be dealing 1d3 nonlethal damage and healing 5 times my character level plus any diseases they have.

Reserves of Strength, because I think my Cleric needs to be able to cast GMW at 3 levels higher with no real downside.

Ignore Material Components ─ then set up shop to cast True Resurrection at the standard cost.

I've always been a fan of weapon supremacy (PHB2) for the fighter types. It requires 5 weapon specific feats in addition to fighter level 18. Who in their right mind would spend 18 levels in fighter just for one feat? On the bright side, we are waiving the prerequisites.

It gives a +4 to resist disarm attempts, allows you to use the weapon while grappling regardless of weapon type or size as either a standard action or a full attack action, allows you to add a +5 bonus to one of your attacks per round after the first attack, and lets you take 10 on one of your attacks each round. Then, because that's not silly enough, it also grants a +1 untyped bonus to AC without requiring you to be even holding the weapon.

I'm not saying it's a good feat, but it's so over the top that i kinda love it.
