Spell Thief and Psionics

How do a spell thief's class features work against a psion? This is assuming magic psionic transparency. It would seem that they lose manifestor levels like caster levels but how about powers lost? What would the spell thief be able to cast after he stole it?

The Psithief feat from Complete Scoundrel should give some hints as to what sort of functionality the class already has with this. Be aware that while many variables map over with magic-psionics transparency, caster level and spell level are not necessarily among them.
