Limited Wish and Auto Hits

Hello just would prefer some clarification on limited wish's auto hit clause. Would you still roll for something like blinking?
How about displacement?
What happens if they use something like wings of cover to block it?
What happens if they use something like abrubt jaunt or celerity to move away, Does it home in on the target?
What about the psionic power time hop?

I was thinking it would just be treated as a natural 20 and ignore AC and Displacement, not blinking because that is just random and you can't factor that in. Thanks for the help :smallsmile:.

I'd go with "Which spell is higher level?"

For all of those cases except Abrupt Jaunt, Limited Wish is higher level.

For Abrupt Jaunt, I'd say it ignores that too, unless the jaunt-er is higher level than the caster of the Wish.

Okay that seems logical. It wouldn't pierce a prismatic wall but it would pierce through a second level spell. That seems like an intelligent decision. But what about something like blinking? They aren't there to be hit.
