Metamagic School Focus
[General]
You are unusually skilled at modifying the effects of a particular school of magic.

Prerequisite: Spell Focus (chosen school) or specialist wizard in chosen school

Benefit: Choose a school of magic for which you have the Spell Focus feat, or the school in which you have specialized. Three times per day, you can reduce by one level the cost of a metamagic feat applied to a spell of the chosen school. If you prepare spells, you can have only up to three such reduced cost spells prepared at any time.

Special: A wizard can select this feat as a wizard bonus feat. This feat can be taken more than once. Each time you take it, it applies to a different school of magic.

Rulebook: Complete Mage (p. 45)

Edition: Supplementals (3.5)

Soo for how this feat is worded, If I was an arch mage, and took 2 feats. school focus ( evo ) and school focus ( transmutation ). Can i chose either Or?

If you have chosen Spell Focus multiple times, then you can select one of those schools for Metamagic School Focus. And that feat will apply only to the chosen school. You can take the feat again, and choose a different school for which you meet the prerequisites.

In your example you could choose Metamagic School Focus (evocation) or Metamagic School Focus (transmutation). The metamagic reductions would only apply to the chosen school.

When you take Metamagic School Focus, you'd have to choose ONE of the schools you have Spell Focus in. Metamagic School Focus would only apply to that school, not all schools you have Spell Focus in.

I read it as you choose the school of magic when picking the feat, and it only affects that school. The wording is similar to weapon foes chain, I believe.
