What ways are there for a character to become incorporeal? Are there ways to make the whole party incorporeal?

The Shadow Hand discipline from ToB has a stance or maneuver that makes you incorporeal.
The Psion Uncarnate PrC gains permanent incorporeality at lvl 10.
Shapechange (spell) allows to change into incorporeal creatures.
Greater Metamorphosis (power) allows to change into incorporeal creatures.
The ghost template grants permanent incorporeality.

That's all I remember atm, but there are numerous spells out there that makes you incorporeal.

There's a ritual in Savage Species that gives incorporeality - costs 306,000gp and LA +2.

There's the Phantom template (MM V), which is an acquired template, although it's LA -, so not for PCs, unfortunately.

The Ninja's (from Complete Adventurer) tenth level ability allows you to spend a ki point to become ethereal. The drawback to that is... Being a ninja.

Going Ethereal makes you Incorporeal as per:

An ethereal creature is invisible, incorporeal, and capable of moving in any direction, even up or down. As an incorporeal creature, you can move through solid objects, including living creatures.

An ethereal creature can see and hear the Material Plane, but everything looks gray and insubstantial. Sight and hearing on the Material Plane are limited to 60 feet.

This makes going incorporeal much easier, as you simply need to find a way to go Ethereal. Starting with the humble Blink spell. Ethereal Jaunt (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/etherealJaunt.htm), Etherealness the spell (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/etherealness.htm), Etherealness the armor enhancement (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicArmor.htm#etherealness), Cloak of Etherealness (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#cloakofEtherealness), a Rod of Wonder has a 3% chance of doing it, and that's just in Core.
