need help building a divine caster

hey guys.

My group just decided to do something they want to call "oldschool" and I preeeeetty much just want to call boring... anyway..

we are going to play a Campain where we start at 6th level.

but here is the shizzle.

we are only allowed core books (as in players handbook, Monster manual, Dougen masters guide) + every eberron book there is.

And I got stuck with the divine caster (Yay)

so my thoughts where... Summoner druid or Cleric (buff n heal).

but if I have to stay to that amount of books I seriously need some help.

so plzzzzzzzzzzzz help xD

Druid, Natural Spell, Spell Focus (Conjuration), Augment Summoning, maybe Ashbound, maybe Repeat Spell. Done.
You could go into Planar Shepherd because it's an Eberron class, but your DM will be fully justified in hitting you with a book if you do.

Persistent Spell is in the SRD, but I don't think there are enough metamagic reducers in Core + Eberron to make cheesy use of it practical.
