Paladin mounts?

I'm making a Human paladin/vassal of bahamut and I'm level 9 right now. I simply can't decide on what I want as my special mount, but all i know is that I don't want a boring old horse. I was considering a drakkensteed for really draconic flavor but it can't even fly when i'm on it. So, does the playground have any suggestions for mounts?

Take Aglarondan Griffonrider from Unapproachable East and fly a griffon!

In Defenders of the Faith (3.0) there is a nice chart of alternate paladin mounts based on paladin level and size. A good number of them also fly.
