do any of you know of any feats or classes that make constructs stronger and by stronger i mean better in almost anyway?

I think any class or feat will make an intelligent construct "better."

The Effigy Master PrC gets some rather substantial bonuses on the things he makes...

there is also the artificer from the eberron campaign setting and the shaper from the psionic handbook

hmmmmmm so i dont like the effigy master and i know about the artificer that was my original choice but i was looking more for something like the Libris Mortis
feats or heroes of horror dreadnecro class but for constructs .

Nope, to the best of my knowledge, there are no feats like Corpsecrafter for constructs. Sorry.
