At 4th level a druid's companion becomes large, right?

Question 2-

Can I ride it, if so?

Question 3-

Dwarves can move normally with light, medium, and heavy loads as pertaining to speed- does that apply to anything else?

No. They don't change size. You might be able to find a large critter to replace it with though.


Question 2-

Can I ride it, if so?

You can ride your animal companion if it's big enough.


Question 3-

Dwarves can move normally with light, medium, and heavy loads as pertaining to speed- does that apply to anything else?

Armor, too, I believe.
