A while back I posted a thread asking about feat advice for a man-bat character, now I have a build and it's going to rely on diving charges that add SA damage, he also wants a bat companion.

The idea is Winged Stringheart Halfling - Ranger 1/Rogue 2/Scout 3/Barbarian 1/Ranger +5/Scout +8. Spirit Lion Totem Barbarian (why is this the best melee dip ever?) and Distracting Strike/Spell-less Ranger.

Feats:

Flaw: Wild Cohort

Racial: Weapon Finesse

Level 1: Diving Charge

Level 3: Craven

Level 6: Swift Ambusher

Level 9: Staggering Strike

Level 12: Swift Hunter

Scout 4(13): Improved Skirmish

Level 15: Greater TWF

Scout 8(17): Iron Will

Level 18: Two Weapon Rend

Level 13 is where everything really kicks in.

At this point he has the following on a charge:

SA: +3d6 +13
Skirmish: +5d6 (+5 AC)
3 Main hand attacks, 2 off hand.

He also has:

A perfect (hopefully with a racial/template +6 Dex) fly speed of 50ft (20 and speed +20 Winged + Ranger ACF Fast Movement).
Complete LA Buyoff.
Many skill points.
The ability to deprive opponents of full attacks.

I have a few questions, just to make sure I'm building this correctly. I would also apreciate any advice on streamlining.

Does Staggering Strike count non-SA damage as part of the DC?

With the Distracting Attack ACF, Pounce, and Staggering Strike will his attack routine look like this?
1 Normal Attack + Skirmish + Diving Charge/
2 Normal Attack + Skirmish + Diving Charge + SA + Staggering Strike/
3 Normal Attack + Skirmish + Diving Charge + SA/
4 Off Hand Attack + Skirmish + Diving charge+ SA/
5 Off Hand Attack + Skirmish + Diving charge + SA

Yes. Staggering Strike count's all damage. Thats why I suggest it for Power Attack type builds. Its really useful.

And each attack that qualifies for SA/Skirmish should trigger Staggering Strike, meaning you can force multiple saves per round. A foe can only be "staggered" once, but you can keep forcing checks until they fail.

Consider Wounding on both weapons. Every other hit would basically add 1 to the DC of Staggering Strike, as Con damage reduces fort saves...

That is awesome.
