Thanks in advance to everyone helping me out here.
If my Artificer idea falls through I am wanting to use this as a backup.
Race: Strongheart Halfling (or Catfolk but I'm trying to stay clear of LA races)
Class: Bard
Stats:
Str: 8
Dex: 16
Con: 12
Int: 14
Wis: 12
Cha: 16
So, here is the concept in a few points:
1) Party Buffer.
2) Specialize in Knife Throwing for combat.
3) Lvl 5: Leadership
4) I want to eventually build a flying ship much like the ship that was used in the beging of FF9(US version). If there is a way to also include this into the Folding Boat that would be awesome!
I know this isn't much to work off of, but I read through the only Bard Handbook I could find and it was not very helpful. I've been looking into bards for nearly five days now and the only two things I see pop up are the two PRCs from Complete Arcane. But they don't seem to fit the build that I'm looking for.
