Hell Comes to Frogtown - any good?

I found this trailer on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKwteCwCSMw), and I was intrigued.

I mean, obviously it's not a GOOD movie, but I'm wondering if it's the kind of hilarious B-movie cheesefest that I love, or just plain old Uwe Boll-style unbearable crap. Has anyone actually seen this? Is it good for a laugh or a groan?

I saw it. It would probably be watchable if you are drinking, assuming you like seeing titties. Unfortunately, I wasn't drinking.
