You can pop the readied action spoiler, but I'm not entirely sure how things should be handled. If my readied action triggers after you move but before you make your charge attacks then I'm still not sure if anything will save me because moving anywhere would provoke an AoO. If your charge attacks were negated but I provoked an AoO would you use the same dice or have to reroll? If you use the same, then that's the match. If not, then I'll post what I do and we go on from there.

hm, I hadn't though about that... I don't think the rolls for my first attack get substituted for the AoO, but not entirely sure
I'll ask in the Waiting Room, let's assume I need new rolls for now. In that case, I make a trip attempt to keep you in place and make that 54 damage crit hit after all

alright, as expected new rolls. Touch 14 hits, miss chance overcome. Beat strength 22 or you go prone and get eviscerated by a 54 damage crit

I wonder if a Fort Save to avoid insta-death with 50 damage will someday be seen in arena?

well, by level 3 you can have characters who survive that amount of damage without bending over backwards... Easiest would be a dragonborn water orc while raging. Great constitution, best HD. So yeah, it could happen

I'd say best would be an Elan with Enhanced Damage Resistance. We already have a couple of level 3 guys who can take 50 and keep on ticking.
