[3.5] Spell-Like Ability Question...

If a Monster Manual entry states for spell-like abilities:
1/day: X, Y, Z

Does it mean the monster can use each of X, Y and Z once per day or only one of X, Y or Z once per day?

At will—chaos hammer (DC 18), greater teleport (self plus 50 pounds of objects only), unholy blight (DC 18); 3/day—blasphemy (DC 21), gaseous form. Caster level 13th. The save DCs are Charisma-based.

So, Mr. Hezrou can Blasphemy 3 times per day, and he can turn Gaseous 3 times per day. They aren't a shared pool of uses, each is available 3 per day.

For an example of what it looks like then the SLAs come from a shared pool, look at the Duskblade's Arcane Attunement class feature in Player's Handbook II. It says "You can use the spell-like powers...a combined total of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier"

Incidentally, does anyone know why they used the phrase "spell-like power" as opposed to "spell-like ability" in the Duskblade writeup?
