The new news post is not appearing

Whenever, you click on it, you get sent to the top of the news page, only instead of the recent "Forums Undergoing Reorganization, Expect Slowness" topic being on top, the new product announcement is on top, with no sign of the "Forums Undergoing Reorganization, Expect Slowness" announcement.

It's there for me, just really small. Try force refreshing (or clearing your cache).
