[3.5] Epic Destinies

I remember seeing a 3.5 article from WoTC that involved epic destinies for campaigns, but I cant seem to find it anymore, my googlefu must be weak.

Anyone have a copy of the link or article?

Unfortunately the wayback machine is not working too well and the article is no longer is the wizards archive. Otherwise it is a featured article in Dragon #363.
