Can you solve my riddle?
What has: A faster land speed than fly speed while still being able to fly 40ft speed;
The ability to use powers relating to Air, Fire, and Water;
Is a native outsider;
And is much more Dexterous and Intelligent than its other abilities.
This is a creature or a character build from 3.5, also using 3.0 sources. Feel free to post guesses, as there might not be just one answer... A prize for the right guess!
