View Full Version : Good rogue handbook?

So I may end up needing to make a character to cover trapfinding, so I've kind of been looking around for some good rogue info.

I've found

and
http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19871666/The_3.5_Rogue_Handbook

They do have some good info, but I'm always looking for more perspective and ideas. Looking to build a combat rogue that can handle traps. Sneaking will be needed but it doesn't have to be crazy skill levels for this. I had also considered a factotum, but they can't seem to match the sneak attack damage output. I suppose Iajutsu focus would be a possibility for that... but not sure I want to go that route (though an iajutsu focus factotum bloodstorm blade could be fun, in a silly kinda way). I was also considering the "I may be tiny but you're dead" build or a variant thereof.

At any rate, just included that info in case someone had a link to a specific build or something instead of a handbook. Any info is always appreciated.
