i guess draconic is the one i would pick due to it letting you fly at will and giving bonuses to casting are useful

Mechanically the best is probably arcane. Flavorfully, it's a close call between infernal and shadow.

The aberrant bloodline is borderline broken if you're allowed to import 3.5 stuff. The various 3.5 reach extending tricks, plus that bloodline, plus shivering touch and combust, generally results in hilarity.

I'm a big fan of the Fey and APG's Starsoul bloodlines. Fey gets some really nice druidic spells for free and some pretty decent bonuses. Starsoul gets one of the coolest 3+Casting stat/day abilities, and also gets a nice spell-list, if you don't mind a little bit of blasting.
