Affecting percentile rolls?

I know there are several abilities and spells around which can be used to affect the outcome of d20 rolls and damage die rolls. Are there any similar ways to affect percentile rolls?

The Luck domain power can reroll any roll. That would work on percentiles.

IIRC, the fate points from the Fatespinner prestige class can also force a reroll of percentiles.
