Spring loaded hidden dagger in a wrist sheath that you can catch your opponent flat footed with by use of a slight of hand check. After an opponent sees the weapon they can no longer be caught by surprise.

A refluffed Gnomish quick razor (RoS) might work too.

Raptor School tactical feat from complete Warrior. Roof Jumper and Battle Jump. A few skill tricks, Quick Draw and you should be good to go.
