The Nightmare Spinner (Complete Mage) includes the following:

Inspire Fear (Su): As a standard action, you can create a mind-affecting fear effect that makes a living creature within 30 feet ill at ease. The target becomes shaken for a number of rounds equal to your nightmare spinner class level; a successful Will save (DC 10 + your class level + your Cha modifier) halves this duration.

For the purposes of calculating the DC for the Will save, would I use my levels of Nightmare Spinner, or all of my class levels combined?

If it is all of my class levels, can you point me to a definitive source?

Any time they mention your class level, it is the level in that class.

So in this example it is 10+nightmare spinner levels+Cha mod.

"Class level" always refers to your levels in a single class. The term for all levels combined regardless of class is "character level".

^ The are both correct. For a source, see the definitions of both terms here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/classes/multiclass.htm#).
