What song feats or ACF would be good for a bard which stacks fear multiple times.

I looked at the harbinger, but I don't know what is replaced, and nothing actually grants fear.

put negative ranks in Perform? :smallbiggrin:

The only way to inspire fear as a bard I know of is to take Imperious Command or somethin' like that.

Take the Martial Study (Devoted Spirit) feat so Intimidate is a class skill. From there, the Never Outnumbered skill trick is great.

Oh, and if you're looking for other debuffs beyond just fear, use Doomspeak.

The feat Haunting Melody from Eberron is awesome for this, as it starts everyone who fails a save at shaken, and thus well along the path to cowering. Best part is you can give up a bardic music type as an ACF to get it. Also in Eberron Campaign Setting.

Feats: Doomspeak, Imperious Command, Haunting Melody, Dreadful Wrath;
Skills: Intimidate, Never Outnumbered skill trick;
ACF: Inspire Awe.

For flavor reasons, you'll need to put max skill ranks in Perform [Cthulhu Chanting].

Putting levels in the Nightmare Spinner PrC from CM may not be too bad. You should qualify for it in the area of 8th - 11th level. The capstone class feature is a fear death effect. Flavor!
