Does anyone know of an item, printed wherever, that would give the benefits of the Precise Shot feat (if it matters, for ray attacks)? I'm building a ray-focused debuffer, but he doesn't have enough feat slots to afford PBS+PS.

Precise Weapon Enhancement - Magic Item Compendium page 40
Not sure how to apply it to rays though.

Isn't there a rod in the MIC that grants it?
It's not MIC, I think it's Complete Mage. Anyway, yes, there's a Rod of Precise Rays or something like that that does exactly what you want, Glyphstone. IIRC, it goes for like 3,000 gp?

The Rod of Magical Precision. That's it...unfortunately, it's 12,000GP, far out of my budget.
Appreciate the help finding it though, it'll be something to shoot for as I level.
