So, just out of curiosity, how would you guys stat up the Sword of Truth, from the series (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sword_of_Truth)with the same name? And this is just out of curiosity, so I hope it doesn't start a fight or anything....

Well, it is technically an artifact, and not a simply magic item.

Clearly a longsword. Casts shatter on mundane objects it is swung at. Can't normally harm the perceived innocent. Really, a lot of it is going to be a custom magical item IMO. The most important, and likely most expensive ability will be it's function as a key to the boxes of Orden.
