I need names and album titles of good dubstep. I know nothing about the genre, so I am open to everything and anything you suggest.

First, you gotta realize that 90% of dubstep in the last year is mediocre producers jumping on the bandwagon. That said, there are two producers who make some really, really good stuff: Zed's Dead (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUGzY-ihqWc) and Mistabishi (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S9ZYPiYWtKo). A lot of people seem to like Skrillex, but I can't stand him.

(Artist - Album)

Darkstar - North

Actress - Splazsh

Burial - Untrue

That's some good stuff. Most dubstep is phallic fratboy bull****, though.

Wait....dubstep is a genre? Up until about 20 seconds ago I thought it was just a band I disliked. Huh, you learn something new everyday.

I don't know why people listen to dubstep on its own. Most every instance of this music I've heard rests solidly within a muddy puddle of filth. When properly mixed with other music however, it has the potential to shine.
