Which aren't in any of the following sources and isn't pathfinder: (note that other than the wikis that the links take you to a list of multiple sources.)

http://www.dnd-wiki.org/wiki/Publication_List
http://www.dnd-wiki.org/wiki/Periodicals
http://www.dnd-wiki.org/wiki/3.5e_Publications
http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/3.5e_Sourcebooks
http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/D20_Adaptations
http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Publishers_of_d20_and_D%26D_Products
http://www.dnd-wiki.org/wiki/3.5e_Sourcebooks
http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/3.5e_Homebrew
http://www.dnd-wiki.org/wiki/3.5e_Homebrew

and follow these special rules for each?

For a race:
1. Not a joke race.
2. Doesn't require level adjustment to play.
3. Is not restricted by alignment.
and 4. Doesn't block off access to a class.

For a class:
1. Not a joke class.
2. Available to all playable races, no matter the source of the race.
and 3. Must be a base class rather than a prestige class.

And feats must not be joke feats.

However just 1 race, class, or feat that fits these circumstances in the source means that source is allowed.

Basically, trying to set something up to test the balance tier system in http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=186479 with minimal headaches during testing to see if we can't get it perfected and I don't believe I found all the source materials to prove it yet.

First off. DandD wiki and DnD wiki both are /terrible/.

Check our homebrew section, there are lots of good and balanced races and classes and feats.

Good sir, I take my pickle feats very seriously >=(

These boards. Most of the work by the following people:

Krimm_Blackleaf
The Demented One
Vorpal Tribble
Djinn_in_Tonic
ErrantX
Fax Celestis (d20r stuff is somewhat non-compatible, but he's done 3.5 stuff)
DragoonWraith
Realms of Chaos
Vaynor

There are many other really good homebrewers who I've undoubtedly forgotten (apologies to them). The GitP Homebrew forum has some really great homebrewers, and you can usually find some really solid and well-balanced creations around here. The trick is to be able to tell how powerful they'll be in your game, and what creations are well balanced (which can be harder than it looks). Still, it's a good place to start looking.

Jarian too.

Yeah...Jarian, DracoDei, Lord_Gareth...I could go on and on and on. I just didn't.

To the OP: Perhaps a better idea of exactly what you're looking for would help us narrow down suggestions. What do you want this for, character-wise? Or is it just general interest?

Swiftblade made him a lesser deity.

There are TONS of balanced classes. Swiftblade and Revolver Mage are two that stick out to me. And then there is d20r stuff.

You could basically just do a forum search in Homebrew for "base class" and get far more than you need, I bet.

That won't work as some people are way more concerned about getting concepts through rather than actually making sure everybody is having fun in campaigns they are designed for and game balance.

Assuming you mean Jarian, she's still a she :P

Would not trust D&DWiki. Bad things that way come. These forums generally are pretty good and the outright crazy stuff normally gets called on very quickly, or outright ignored. Me, I'd start poking at anyone with those 'Extended Homebrew Signature' things and start reading through. You can generally find a lot of fun stuff to work with.

I learned that the other day and I was like O_o. So pardon me, her* and goddess*.

We need to sort homebrew classes into tiers and put them into a compendium.

I completely agree. Count me in if this ever happens.

It's been tried. The issue is that people get bored/tired of doing it and move to other things. It's too much work for too little reward, honestly.

We need to sort homebrew classes into tiers and put them into a compendium.

The way I was thinking of having it done was that each class both homebrew and official and 3rd party are assigned 1 of the 6 tiers based on how they are balanced.

Than they would be sorted by rows for different types of classes and by columns for different variations of those classes so players can see that class names can be quite deceptive when it comes to which classes they are blocked out of and have access to.
