The Acrobatic Magician
This is a quick alteration of the Arcane Trickster. I altered the impromptu sneak attack ability to befit a character with various teleportation abilities, changed the skill requirements to another flavor, and added a few more skill points per level. There's also a variant to make this class more appealing to bard/rogues. (A prestige class for bard rogues? omygosh!)

Acrobatic Magicians are adept at moving around the battlefield and attacking from unexpected angles. Their combination of teleportation spells and physical fitness allows them to position themselves exactly where they want to be.
Acrobatic Magicians are often also skilled at manipulation, and their Ranged Legerdemain ability allows them to capitalize on these skills.
Most Acrobatic Magicians are wizard/rogues. However, they come from diverse backgrounds and may have as esoteric training as a bard / shadowdancer who dabbles in martial adept study. Most Acrobatic Magicians are arcane casters, but nothing prevents a divine caster from entering this prestige class, so long as they are able to prepare or spontaneously cast at least three different Conjuration (Teleportation) spells.

Alignment: Any. Acrobatic Magicians tend to be non-lawful
Skills: Escape Artist 7 ranks, Jump 7 ranks, Tumble 7 ranks, Knowledge Geography or Local 7 ranks, Knowledge Arcana 4 ranks
Spells: One of the following;
Able to cast 3rd level spells. Able to cast 3 spells of the Conjuration (Teleportation) school
or
Able to spontaneously cast 2nd level spells including 2 spells of the Conjuration(Teleportation) school and Bardic Music 5 times per day.

*Sneak Attack +2d6 (See Special under Sneak Attack in class description)
Evasion or Spell Reflection class feature

Appraise, Balance, Bluff, Climb, Concentration, Craft, Diplomacy, Disable Device, Disguise, Escape Artist, Gather Information, Hide, Jump, Knowledge (any, taken separately) Listen, Move Silently, Open Lock, Perform, Profession, Sense Motive, Search, Sleight of Hand, Speak Language, Spellcraft, Spot, Swim, Tumble, Use Rope
Skill Points: 6+Int

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Acrobatic Magicians gain no proficiency with weapons or armor.
Spells per Day: When a new level in Acrobatic Magician is gained, the character gains new spells known and spells per day and an increase in caster level as if he had gained a level in a spellcasting class to which he belonged to before adding the prestige class. He does not however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would gain for adding a new level.

Ranged Legerdemain: Using his unique talents, an Acrobatic Magician can perform the following class skills at a range of 30ft: Disable Device, Open Lock, or Sleight of Hand. Working at a distance increases the normal skill check DC by 5, and an Acrobatic Magician cannot take 10 on this check. Any object to be manipulated must weigh 5 pounds or less.
An Acrobatic Magician can use Ranged Legerdemain once per day initially, twice per day upon attaining 5th level, and three times per day at 9th level and higher. He must have 1 rank in the skill being used.

Acrobatic Surprise: Beginning at 3rd level, once per day an Acrobatic Magician can use his ability to teleport to give his Sneak Attack ability an extra edge. When the Acrobatic Magician uses a spell, spell like, supernatural or extraordinary ability to teleport at least 10ft into a square adjacent to an enemy, he may expend one of his daily uses of his Acrobatic Surprise ability to make the next attack he makes before the end of his next turn a Sneak Attack, even if other requirements for Sneak Attack are not met. The Sneak Attack even applies against targets normally immune to critical hits, however, there is a 50% chance that such a target shrugs off the extra sneak attack damage. If the target shrugs off the damage from the sneak attack, or if the next attack the Acrobatic Magician makes misses, this ability is still expended.
At 7th level, the Acrobatic Magician can use this ability twice per day, but still only once in any given round.
This ability cannot be used with ranged attacks.

Sneak Attack: This is exactly like the rogue ability of the same name. The extra damage dealt increases by +1d6 every other level. Sneak attack bonuses from multiple sources always stack.
*Special: A practitioner of the Shadow Hand discipline who has access to maneuvers that grant at least 2d6 sneak attack may qualify for this prestige class. The sneak attack from this class stacks with the sneak attack gained from the adept's maneuvers and stances. However, if maneuvers or stances are the only means by which the adept gained sneak attack damage before adding this prestige class, the adept only gains the benefit of sneak attack from this prestige class when using these maneuvers.

Variant: Acrobatic Minstrel
The Acrobatic Minstrel has all of the features of the Acrobatic Magician, except the following:
Sneak Attack: The Acrobatic Minstrel increases Sneak Attack damage at 2nd, 6th, and 10th levels only.
Bardic Music: Add one half of the Acrobatic Minstrel's prestige class levels to his bard levels to determine his uses of Bardic Music per day, types of Bardic Music available (such as Inspire Greatness,) and bonuses granted by his Bardic Music.
Bardic Knowledge: The Acrobatic Minstrel adds his levels in this prestige class to his bard levels to determine the benefits of his Bardic Knowledge ability.
