Just last week we had a player attempt a wightpocalypse, even though he'd never heard of it. It just sort of occurred to him independently that wights, with their high Hide and Move Silently skills, not to mention their ability to create more of themselves with relative ease, makes them ideal for wiping out towns. It got pretty out of control pretty quickly.

I'd seen them done in thought experiments before, but this was the first time I'd ever seen one in action.
