DMGII has a bunch more, and I think that the FRCS and ECS each have a couple more. XPH has Deep Crystal. CWarrior has Starmetal, Thinaun, and Pandamonium Truesilver.

Eberron has an easy half dozen. One or two in the main book, and more in the supplementaries. Best bet might be finding a copy of the old crystal keep pdfs. But they had to shut down that part of their site due to WotC lawyes.

There are many of them. If memory serves most of them were unimpressive IMO.

Arms and Equipment:

Astral Driftmetal: metal that is effective vs. the incorporeal.
Blended Quartz: extremely heavy metal, good at channeling spells.
Bronzewood: wood that can be used to make equipment that is traditionally metal.
Chitin: Incredibly light, insect exoskeleton material.
Darkleaf: specially treated darkwood.
Entropium: Heavier than iron, chaotic properties make it flexible.
Leafweave: specially treated leaves.
Urdrukar: Heavier metal that is resistant to scrying.
Heartwire: Thin, flexible metal that is weaved into existing metals for added strength.
--
Green Steel: Metal that is extremely good at holding an edge.
Morghuth Iron: Toxic, but poor for crafting.
Truesteel: A kind of iron, bonus to critical hits.

Frostburn:

Blue Ice: Appears to be blue ice, properties as iron.
Rimefire Ice: Basically an ice torch, also used to make wooden weapons.
Stygian Ice: Fragile and evil material, very cold.

Green Star Metal - More expensive than Adamantine, but adds damage vs. outsiders on weapons.

Oerthblood - Greyhawk - Actually a material that is mixed with another metal to give that metal the properties of Adamantine and a (small) Luck Bonus to Saves. Costs a bit more than Adamantine, but can be added to Mithril!
