Arrows?

Help, me and a Player remember reading Rules on different types of Arrowheads that do different things. I can't remember what book the rules where set.

Anyone got any Ideas?

Races of the Wild has a few different arrow heads, like serpent tongue and bladed and whatnot.

Arms and Equipment Guide also has some. That's a 3.0 book, however.

But We both remember, A specific arrow. The Arrow, due to the Design, would deal damage if you pulled it out...and no, we arn't thinking of Harpoons. Another Arrow, let you Tie rope to it?

I also have vague recollections of a Dragon magazine article having some special arrows.

Not related, but by rules to pixies and titans use the same arrows? I don't see entries for size.


Paizo has some ok alternate arrowheads in their Advanced Players Guide. It's Pathfinder, of course.
