Hi guys, another question. Quick and easy though. How does something like prismatic burst convert into enhancement bonuses for the purposes of stacking (for instance keen)?

Either A) You can't enchant it with a flat-cost special ability, or B) 1/50 of the cost of the enchantment in XP, same as enhancement bonuses.

I'm pretty sure they flat out don't count at all against it.
