Blinking without the miss chance

If a character is Blinking, are there weapons or attacks they can use to negate the 20% miss chance for their own attacks? Or feats / class features that accomplish this?

(There's a spell called Greater Blink that does his, but, assuming you're using Regular link...)

Weapons made out of Astral Driftmetal (DM permitting, since Astral Driftmetal is an armor material, and not a weapon). It would increase your chance of hitting them while they're in the ethereal plane by 25%.

Pierce Magical Concealment actually works here. Its a magical effect that could keep you from hitting your foe. It doesn't matter that you are the origionator and not the foe.
