Talk about constructs here; applications, construct related feats and class features*, specific constructs etc. My favorites are Ell's Handy Homunculus (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Ell's_Handy_Homunculus_(3.5e_Spell)), Instant Iron Golem (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Instant_Iron_Golem_(3.5e_Spell)) and the Pocket (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Pocket_Golem_(3.5e_Equipment)) Golem (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Pocket_Golem_(3.5e_Creature))

*I'd especially be interested in any Shapers using the Astral Construct power

I like the Warstriders outfitted with Animating Intelligence, myself. :smallcool:

Seriously, though, I get the feeling this would be better off on the D&D board; wanna ask a mod to move it?

One of my favorite constructs was named a female AI named Sam and was my marines virtual secretary in a Traveller game

If one would kindly do so

My class, the Binder (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Binder_(Keran))was mainly designed for the construction of Constructs. And also can learn Ell's Handy Homunculus.

They can also enchant items and bind souls together.

The only problem is that to do the Construct animation you need to be a level 10 Binder.

Oh man, as much as I hate facing constructs myself as a player, as a DM I'm almost obsessed with them >.<
Not for any reason along the lines of wanting to make my players face them, I just really really like the look and flavor of them. I am worried that it's something my hypothetical players would eventually start to protest however (or even worst, go out of their way to adapt too...).

For some reason I've always had a special fondness for Helmed Horrors.

Edit:

My favorites are Ell's Handy Homunculus (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Ell's_Handy_Homunculus_(3.5e_Spell)), Pocket (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Pocket_Golem_(3.5e_Equipment)) Golem (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Pocket_Golem_(3.5e_Creature))

...Those are awesome
The pocket fella is kinda expensive, but if I ever play a caster with access to that Handy Homunculus spell I probably would end up casting it non-stop

It looks pretty good for a WIP (I'm guessing?)

I K, R? Constructs are just so much fun, especially when you get into the homebrew of the Living Construct Subtype (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Category:Living_Construct_Subtype) (oh, the fluff potential!). I know I'd eventually end up with a small army of Handy Homunculi :smallwink:

Thanks. I'm still getting around to upload all the stuff in my setting and the Binder is one of the things that needs to be finished.

So yeah its "kinda" Work in Progress.
