I don't suppose there exists an official prestige class for the binder outside of ToM. Anyone know? In this particular instance, let's just say that Dragon is included in the list of "official" sources.

I don't believe so. ToM came out relatively late in WotC's product cycle, so they didn't really have time to release additional source books for it.

There are a variety of non-Binder specific PrC's for you, though. I'm sure a Binder Handbook would suggest one or two.

Yes, aside from a handful of Vestiges (Dragon Magic, Cityscape web enhancement, Dragon Magazine, online articles), no official support for Binders appears outside of ToM.

There are some decent homebrews to be found, but unfortunately, a lot of groups have a blanket ban on homebrew material...

Here's the list of "official" vetiges outside of ToM, as far as I know:

(3rd) Primus (Dragon #341)
(4th) Arete (online article (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20070119a))
