Frequency and email notification?

I read the FAQ and rules, and I understand that it's highly annoying to have a bunch of posts about "when will the next comic come out". I don't want to ask that question. I just want to know if there is a set frequency for new comics. Is it 3 per week? Or maybe 10 per month? Or purely "he'll get around to it when he does and stop asking annoying questions!" (In which case I apologize.)

Secondly, is there a list where you can get an email notification for when new comics do come out?

I looked at my browser history, and was chagrined to see in the last month I'd clicked on this website over two hundred times...

There's no update shedule, as far as I know.
Rich just updates when... he wants to update I guess.
But I've noticed there's about one new comic every week.

And I don't think there's an e-mail list.

Concerning e-mail notification, you can use the RSS feed to achieve such a result. However, since I do not use it, I cannot comment on its reliability.

There is not a set schedule for when the comics come out.
If you want to be notified of the release of a new comic, you can subscribe to the RSS feed (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots.rss).
