Can you use multiple eldritch blasts in one round if your BAB allows multiple attacks per round

Not the basic one; that's a standard action. There are various blast shapes to let you accomplish multiple attacks, though.

you can but you would need eldritch glaive from Dragon magic. It allows you to use Eldritch blast as a reach weapon and lets you make multiple attacks if you have a high enough BAB
