Fancomic Posting

For some reason, whenever I try to post a thread in Fan Comics, after I click post it goes to a page saying that a mod must approve my post.
Is this a new feature due to the forums updating? Or is this some sort of glitch that just effected me?

This has been a feature since the Fan Comics Forum got started. The Mod in charge of the forum has to approve it. Just wait a day or two.
